Course Description

Run, walk, climb, crawl—you’ll experience it all at our Boston mud run. Expect to laugh until your cheeks hurt. Expect the event to go on rain or shine. Expect not to be timed. Expect some crazy team uniforms. Expect to leave with an overwhelming sense of accomplishment, as well as a DG tee and charm.

Course Strategy

Take it easy and have fun! The Dirty Girl mud fun run is not timed or competitive so you can go entirely at your own pace. We recommend arriving at the Boston mud run 60-90 minutes before your wave. The course may include off road terrain, so be careful and wear appropriate shoes. You’re sure to cross the finish line after some mud, sweat and cheers. Expect a “safety first” mindset throughout the course and water stations at mile 1 and mile 2.

Obstacles

Plan for more fun than ever tackling the “Get a Grip” rope climb at the Boston obstacle course race. You’ll get down & dirty as you scale our 10-12 obstacles at the Boston fun run. But don’t worry…if you get to an obstacle that’s more than a challenge for you, just take one of the detours!

DAYS UNTIL THE EVENT

Boston, Massachusetts Mud Run, Dirty Girl July 19, 2014

Dirty Girl is a womens only run for ladies of all ages and athletic abilities in Boston. Don’t worry – it’s not a “race” in the traditional sense. It’s an untimed mud obstacle course designed to push you slightly out of your comfort zone, but only as far as you want to go. Forming teams is encouraged, and so is helping your fellow Dirty Girls to the finish with some mud, sweat and cheers. At a Dirty Girl Mud Run you’ll find excitement, laughter and camaraderie—as well as lots of music and even some adult beverages. Remember, parking is a $10 charge, cash only. It’s a mud-covered day you’ll never forget.
