Course Description

Run, walk, climb, crawl—you’ll experience it all at our Raleigh & Greensboro mud run. Expect to laugh until your cheeks hurt. Expect the event to go on rain or shine. Expect not to be timed. Expect some crazy team uniforms. Expect to leave with an overwhelming sense of accomplishment, as well as a DG tee and charm.

Course Strategy

Take it easy and have fun! The Dirty Girl Mud Run is not timed or competitive so you can go entirely at your own pace. We recommend arriving at the Raleigh & Greensboro mud run 60-90 minutes before your wave. The course may include off road terrain, so be careful and wear appropriate shoes. You’re sure to cross the finish line after some mud, sweat and cheers. Expect a “safety first” mindset throughout the course and water stations at mile 1 and mile 2.

Obstacles

Expect to get down & dirty in the “Utopian Tubes” at our Raleigh & Greensboro fun run. You’ll conquer 10-12 obstacles at our Raleigh 5K, but don’t worry…if you get to an obstacle that’s more than a challenge for you, we won’t tell if you take a detour!
